Responsibilities:
 
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the Audisys technical support team focusing on the Audisys automation applications.

This includes being the last point of escalation within the customer support department and mentoring junior team members in the various technologies. The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of the Audisys platforms. This is a customer-facing role and therefore it requires strong inter-personal skills.

Mobile Application Developer (2 years fixed contract)

We are doing a lot of exciting things including IoT & Augmented Reality. We are looking for talented developers who have the determination and drive to learn new things and to develop as an individual. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of development from design and implementation, to testing enhancements for our software solutions developed predominantly in the form of mobile apps.

To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to show where you have developed Mobile Applications on both iOS and Android devices. You must have developed across multiple front end platforms for one year or more to be considered for this position.

The work is varied and challenging and will include working in an Agile Methodology environment but also proactively involved in other areas of development including the analysis, design, documentation, fault finding, bug fixing, responding to ad-hoc data requests and enhancements. The role will support the business delivery team (BDT), providing support for escalation, complaints, and also provide technical leadership and support for the development of business cases, quotations and tendering opportunities.

The role will be working directly with and for the customers utilising creative skills to develop the mobile product to suit their needs. Fusing together both commercial and business skills alongside creative and technical capabilities.

The role requires an individual who is creative, enthusiastic, highly self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team. They must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, be able to head up and lead on new projects, be customer-focused and able to deliver in-house solutions to the highest quality within challenging timescales.

This is a fixed term contract opportunity for an initial period of 24 months but if the post is successful, it is likely that the contract will be extended or regularised.
