UK has a well-developed, well organised WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronics Equipment) recycling regime, regulated, enforced and supervised by the ministry of environment.
Audisys has in place processes and resources to ensure that our key partners, mostly AATFs (Approved Authorised Treatment Facilities), meet their legal obligation to reuse of 20% of WEEE waste.
We meet this obligation by operating a facility that undertakes not only secure data destruction and erasure, but also restores, refurbishes and renews used/ end-of-life computer and IT equipment which ultimately gets back to regular use.
We also provide IT recycling services to clients which include Universities and higher institutions, Local councils, banks, retail chains, schools and many blue-chip firms.
Our highly qualified and industry tested personnel possess the requisite knowledge and skills that enable us to offer secure computer recycling and computer disposal solutions to businesses of any size.
We are equipped to carry out secure data destruction and refurbishing of computers and peripherals in line with the regulations of T11 exemption certification.
Audisys is committed to preventing WEEE waste going to landfill by promoting waste reduction, recycling and reuse. In line with this, we prioritise the upgrade and reuse of used computers, IT equipment and their components, subassemblies and consumables.
